For trout we charge 6 CZK for each extra 10 g. Weights are given for raw ingredients. The menu is subject to change.
The restaurant is open not only to hotel guests but also to the public. We cook Czech classics and international dishes from fresh ingredients, and we pour Pilsner Urquell. We host family celebrations, company lunches and smaller wedding receptions here.
